1. Serviceable Locations
We proudly deliver across all serviceable locations in India. Our logistics partners cover a vast network of PIN codes, including metropolitan cities, urban areas, and most semi-urban regions. However, delivery may be restricted or unavailable in remote or high-risk zones due to accessibility or safety issues.
Currently, we do not support international shipping. We aim to expand globally in the future and will notify our customers when international delivery becomes available.
2. Order Processing Time
Our order processing is designed for maximum efficiency:
- Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons, holidays, or special sales, processing times may slightly increase.
- If there is any delay in processing due to product availability or payment verification, we will notify you via email or SMS.
Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partners for shipment.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days for most locations.
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days.
Please note:
- Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed during high-demand periods may take slightly longer.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier capacity limits.
4. Shipping Charges
We aim to provide affordable and transparent shipping options:
- Free shipping is offered on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a minimal shipping fee will apply, which is displayed at checkout.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), additional charges may apply based on your location.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
5. Shipment Tracking
To ensure transparency, you will receive a shipment tracking link once your order is dispatched. The tracking number will be sent to your registered email and/or phone number. You can use this link to:
- Monitor the real-time status of your delivery
- View estimated arrival dates
- Contact the assigned courier if needed
If you don’t receive a tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with India’s most reliable and professional logistics providers to deliver your order safely and on time. Our partners include:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
- India Post
Based on your delivery PIN code and product weight, we assign the best courier to ensure timely service.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
In the event you are unavailable during the delivery attempt:
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the order up to 3 times.
- You may receive a call or SMS from the courier to reschedule or confirm delivery.
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Returned orders due to unavailability or incorrect address may require a new shipping fee for re-delivery.
8. Receiving the Order
We strongly recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery. In case of any of the following, please do not accept the delivery:
- The package appears tampered with or damaged
- The seal is broken
- The product is visibly broken or missing
If any issue is found, please reject the order and notify us immediately at [email protected] with supporting photographs.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you discover that any item is missing, incorrect, or damaged after accepting the package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- The order invoice or order ID
After verifying the issue, we will provide a resolution as per our return and refund policy.
10. Delays Due to Force Majeure
While we strive for timely deliveries, certain events beyond our control may affect our ability to deliver:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
- Government-imposed lockdowns or restrictions
- Strikes, curfews, or unforeseen logistical hurdles
We will do our best to keep you informed and resume delivery services as soon as possible.
