1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver across India to a wide network of PIN codes, including metropolitan areas, Tier-II and Tier-III cities, and select rural locations. You can check the availability of delivery to your address at the time of checkout.

• Unavailable Zones: Orders cannot be placed for locations outside our delivery coverage.

2. Delivery Partners

We have partnered with trusted national and regional courier services, including:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• DTDC
• Ekart
• India Post (for remote PIN codes)

Our logistics network is selected to provide fast, safe, and trackable shipments across all supported locations.

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of receiving full payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
• During peak sale events or festivals, processing time may extend slightly.

The estimated time for delivery varies depending on your location and product category:

5. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499.
• Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 on orders below ₹499.
• Some bulky or fragile items may carry an additional handling fee. This will be displayed during checkout.

6. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be delivered in multiple packages if:

• Items are sourced from different warehouses
• One or more items are on backorder
• Certain items require specialized packaging

You will be notified in advance and provided with separate tracking numbers if your order is split.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
• You can also view your shipment status in your D&C Shopping account dashboard under “My Orders.”

Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

8. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address:

• A reattempt will be made within 48 hours
• After 2 failed attempts, the shipment may be returned to us

You may be required to pay re-shipping charges depending on the reason for failure.

9. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to meet the committed delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Weather disruptions
• Courier strikes
• Lockdowns or local restrictions
• Unforeseen logistical issues

In such cases, we proactively inform you and work to expedite the delivery.

10. Delivery Acceptance Guidelines

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery:

• Check for tampering, damage, or missing items
• Refuse to accept the delivery if the package appears suspicious or damaged
• Immediately contact our support team with photos of the issue

Once accepted, we assume the product was delivered in satisfactory condition.

11. International Shipping

Currently, D&C Shopping delivers only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We plan to expand our shipping coverage globally in the near future.
