- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible PIN codes (additional fees may apply)
We are constantly working to expand our list of payment options based on user feedback and evolving trends.
2. Payment Security
Your online safety is our top priority. All payment transactions made on D&C Shopping are processed through secure, encrypted channels using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store any of your payment card details on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation via:
- Email: Sent to your registered email address with an invoice
- SMS/Notification: Sent to your registered mobile number
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
4. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
Sometimes transactions may fail due to reasons such as poor internet connectivity, incorrect payment details, or payment gateway issues. In such cases:
- No amount is deducted from your account if the transaction fails before confirmation.
- If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually refunded within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select products and PIN codes. Please note:
- Additional charges may apply, which will be mentioned during checkout.
- COD orders are confirmed through a verification SMS or call.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change.
- Repeated COD rejections may lead to restrictions on using this method in the future.
6. Fraud Prevention Measures
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious or involves a high risk of fraud. These may include:
- Mismatched billing and shipping addresses
- Excessive use of promotional codes or cashback
- Multiple failed payment attempts
We may reach out to verify your identity or transaction before processing such orders.
7. EMI & Pay Later Options
We are in the process of enabling EMI options and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services through selected partners. When available, you will see these options during the checkout process.
- Availability may vary based on cart value, bank eligibility, and location.
- Terms and interest rates are determined by the respective provider.
8. Tax & Billing
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. The final invoice will include:
- Itemized product list
- Taxes (GST breakdown if applicable)
- Shipping charges (if any)
- Discounts or promotional codes used
Your invoice will be available for download from your account dashboard and will be sent to your email.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect:

- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account temporarily.
Our goal is to resolve disputes swiftly and fairly.
10. Promotional Offers & Discounts

- Wallet-specific offers
- Festive/seasonal promotional codes
Please ensure you enter the promo code before confirming payment. Once the payment is complete, promo codes cannot be retroactively applied.
11. International Transactions
As of now, we only support domestic transactions in INR through Indian payment methods. International credit/debit cards or foreign payment gateways are not accepted.
We plan to introduce international transaction support in future phases of our expansion.
