Return & Refund Policy | D&C Shopping

At D&C Shopping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy is designed to make your experience hassle-free. Please read this page carefully before making any return or refund request.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Products that are not eligible for return include:

  • Items marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
  • Personal care items, innerwear, cosmetics, and perishables.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Log in to your D&C Shopping account and go to My Orders.
  • Select the item you wish to return and click Request Return.
  • Choose a valid reason and upload any required images.
  • Submit your request. Our support team will review and approve it.

After approval:

  • Our courier will pick up the item within 2–4 working days.
  • Ensure the product is packed securely with the original invoice and tags.

3. Return Pick-Up Guidelines

  • Items will only be accepted if they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • The pickup agent will inspect the product at your doorstep.
  • If the item fails the inspection, the return will be declined.

If pickup is not available at your location:

  • You may be asked to self-ship the product using a reliable courier.
  • The shipping cost will be reimbursed as store credit up to ₹100 (with receipt proof).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and approved:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method:
    • UPI / Wallet / Credit or Debit Card: 3–5 business days
    • Net Banking: 4–7 business days
    • Cash on Delivery: Store credit or bank transfer (after bank details verification)

Note: In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product:

  • Initiate a return for the item you received.
  • Place a new order for the desired product.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order:

  • Before it is shipped: Instant refund to original payment method
  • After it is shipped: Cancellation is not possible; please initiate a return once delivered

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once processed.


8. Refund Exceptions & Deductions

  • If an item is returned without the original packaging or shows signs of use, partial refunds may apply.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Cashback or discount vouchers used during purchase will be adjusted in the refund.

9. Disputes & Resolutions

In the rare event of any refund-related dispute:

  • Contact our customer service team with your Order ID and return details.
  • We aim to resolve all refund-related queries within 3 business days.
